What you buy

A home tour video of your listing, with you presenting it in your own voice.

Price

$199 per home tour. Your first tour is $99, or $8.88 if you let us show the finished video on our website and social media. You agree to that in writing.

When you get it

Within 72 hours of us having everything we need: your photo, your voice recording and your listing link.

Changes

Tell us what’s off. We fix it and send it back, until it’s a video you would post.

Refund

If you still wouldn’t post it, you don’t pay. Tell us in the same WhatsApp chat and we refund you in full.

Your face and voice

We use them only to make your videos. Never in anyone else’s video, our ads or a demo, unless you say yes in writing. More in our privacy policy.

The video is yours

Post it, run it as an ad, send it to clients. No licence fee, no watermark.

Your part

The photo and voice you send must be your own, and the listing one you’re allowed to market. You’re responsible for how you use the video, including following CEA’s advertising guidelines.
