What we collect

Your name, WhatsApp number and CEA number. The video, photo and voice recording you send us, and the listing we make your tour of.

What we use it for

To make your videos. Nothing else. We never put your face or voice in anyone else’s video, in our ads or in a demo, unless you say yes in writing.

We don’t sell your details. To make your video, we send your photo, video and voice to the AI services that generate it. Some of them are outside Singapore. Apart from that and Meta below, no one else gets your details.

Ads and page measurement

We use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to see which ads bring people here and where they leave the page. Both set cookies, and so do we, to tell a returning visitor from a new one.

When you ask for a free sample, we send Meta a hashed copy of your number and name: an unreadable code, not the number or name itself. Meta matches the code to its accounts, so it can tell us which ad brought you and show our ads to agents like you. Meta never gets your CEA number or your video. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

Clarity records how the page is used: taps, scrolling, how far you get. It hides anything you type.

Microsoft collects this data for itself too, not only for us, and may use it to improve its products and for Microsoft Advertising. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How long we keep it

While you’re a customer, so your next video doesn’t need everything sent again.

Deleting it

WhatsApp us or email ops@1upsalesai.com. We delete your photo, video, voice recording and the voice model made from it, and tell you when it’s done.

One limit: Clarity can’t delete one person’s data. To remove yours we would have to delete everyone’s. It deletes itself after 30 days anyway.
