What you are buying

One home tour video of your listing, with you on camera and in your own voice, made from the photo, voice recording and listing link you send us. Your first home tour is $99.

When you get it

Within 48 hours of us having everything we need from you — your photo, your voice recording and your listing link.

Revisions

We are not done when we send it. Tell us what’s off and we fix it and send it back, until it is a video you would post.

If you still wouldn’t post it

You don’t pay. Tell us on the same WhatsApp thread and we refund the $99 in full.

Your likeness and your voice

We use your photo and voice only to make your videos. We do not put your likeness or voice in anyone else’s video, in our marketing, or in a public demo unless you tell us in writing that we can. Your data is handled as set out in our Privacy & PDPA policy.

What you may do with the video

The finished video is yours. Post it, run it as an ad, send it to clients — no extra licence fee, no watermark.

Your responsibilities

The photo and voice you send must be your own, and the listing must be one you are authorised to market. You are responsible for how you use the finished video, including compliance with CEA advertising guidelines.
