What we collect

Your name, mobile number and CEA registration number when you ask for a clip or a home tour. The photo, voice recording and listing link you send us to make it.

What we do with it

We use your photo and voice to make your videos. Nothing else. We do not use your likeness or your voice in anyone else’s video, in our own marketing, or in a public demo, unless you tell us in writing that we can.

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone outside the people making your video.

How long we keep it

We keep your source files while you are a customer so we can make more videos without asking you to send everything again. Ask us to delete them and we delete them — the photo, the voice recording, and the voice model built from it.

Deleting your data

Email ops@1upsalesai.com or message us on WhatsApp and say you want your data deleted. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

One limit, said plainly: the page-measurement data Microsoft Clarity holds cannot be deleted for one person on their own. If you want yours gone we delete the whole Clarity project, which clears everyone’s. That data also expires by itself after 30 days.

Cookies and measurement

We use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to see which ads bring people here and where the page loses them. Both set cookies. Clarity records how the page gets used — taps, scrolling, how far down you get. It hides anything you type into a box, so we never see that.

Microsoft collects this in its own right, not only on our behalf. It may use it to improve its own products and for Microsoft Advertising. What Microsoft does with it is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
